Fu An
Full Name: Fu An
Gender: Female
Age: 17 years old
Occupation: Royal Seer/Prophet of Yiu Empire
Height: 157 cm
Build: Thin to the point of being almost unhealthy, ruler-shaped body, small chest.
Skin tone: Pale with yellow undertones
Personality: Fu An is a royal seer. Not THE royal seer, but A royal seer. One young prophet in the middle of dozens of others who shared the same gift as hers. Normal, yet special in her own way.
She’s whiny, emotional, and can’t keep her emotional baggage to herself. But she’s also honest and true, that’s why she’s able to admit her shortcomings (eventually) and later, she learnt to be brave. Brave enough to believe that maybe change isn’t so far off, even if it requires her own sacrifice;it’s a way for her to repent her sin of killing her own blood.
Back story:
Fu An was, to date, the first and only person in her family tree to develop affinity for spirit magic. Unsurprisingly, she hated it. She was forced to left her parents when she was 9 years old and entered a palace full of strangers who only cared for her power.
Her unstable emotion of resentment and confusion directed itself to wrong victim... her little brother who didn't share the same power. She envied his freedom to live a life she can never have.
A few months before the story start, the cruel hands of fate laid its claw on Fu An. She was blinded by her hate and jealousy and pushed his brother to his death. Ironically, it was because his brother wanted to helped her escape the palace so Fu An can enjoy the life he had, even if it only for a few hours. (Fu An didn't know this of course, she thought her brother was mocking her)
The death of her brother was quickly covered up by the palace. It was not wise to let people know a shaman had committed murder, much less to one who shared the same blood.
However, there was another thing covered up. But this secret was only known to Fu An and her alone: with the lost of her brother, she lost her power. She was terrified. She can no longer communicate with the spirits and if it was found out, she'll be kicked out of the palace and persecuted for her crime.
She wanted to do something... but what? Running away won't solve anything and Fu An, secretly, wanted something more. She wanted to change the system of shaman hierarchy and regained her freedom. It was selfish desire, but what is human if not selfish?
Thus, she decided to stay in the palace and with the help from other shamans, she started giving out “tweaked” prophecies, so everything could go to what she wished.
If she can’t change the system from the outside, she’ll change it from the inside. Even if it means betraying the trust people and the spirits put to her and her fellow shamans.
Trivia:
- Her paleness is due to lack of sun exposure, she actually tans easily.
- Got frequent light headaches due to weight of her headdress.

- She is like a dandelion: Beautiful, frail, yet able to survive even in harshest condition.
